He had answers fast at hand, advocated for us when we had difficulties navigating our way between the bank and the auctioneer, and would appear at the condo at a moment's notice if we needed him. Even though, compared to other Chicago properties, our new home is a little one, Alex always treated our dream like a big one. He was constantly available, answering his phone as quickly at 8 a.m. as he would at 10 p.m. He is the perfect guide for first-time home-buyers and has a knack for reducing tangled paperwork with clear explanations. Perhaps most important of all, Alex's good humor and optimism kept our spirits up every step of the way. Whether through a timely, kind text message or just a phone call to check in, Alex created an atmosphere of support that allowed us to make it to closing. I can say with confidence that we never would have closed on our dream home if not for Alex's patience and persistence.
